This is my E-Portfolio where you will learn about myself and the skills I have acquired throughout my time at Muhlenberg. I have compiled assignments for my innovation and sustainability courses to show my interest in the sustainability field.
The Innovation section is about pop-up restaurants in New York City and Philadelphia and an analysis of the feasibility of each establishment.
The Sustainability section is about the problems with industrial agriculture and what we can do to alleviate the issues. Readers will learn about a company that is currently practicing sustainable farming, innovative agriculture techniques that are being utilized in five countries around the world, and advice on how to eat more ecologically.
